Our last day in Ha Noi...and in Vietnam

Scooters...
and photographers seemed to be at every street corner in Ha Noi
This museum is a must see...and it is about the history of the people and not the insects(Ethno and not ento)
Hidden under all these fishing baskets is a bicycle!
Told you!
This is not what it seems...it is part of the circle of life around a coffin!

Making an image using broken egg shell...
These are the results...truly awesome
I found all the gents toilets that I visited to be clean...
The Ha Noi Art Museum...well worth a visit...

Give yourself at least an hour, more if you can afford it...so much to see and admire.

This fellow seemed to be enjoying a lunch time nap.

We had lunch at Koto...great food well prepared and presented.

a view of the kitchen...
and our lunch menu

The water in the bucket was to be used to flush the toilet...

A stick of incense burns at one of the temples we visited...
our guide and I got to play football with this youngster.
HOW DO WOMEN SIGHT SEE IN THESE?
A door that took my fancy

We did not see to many of these

This mosaic wall is over 4km long and was built to celebrate the 1000th birthday of Ha Noi!
A rather pessimistic poster I feel...
