Arty Acoustic Arts 5

Despite the chilly weather, the penultimate first round of Acoustic Arts saw the performers warming up the venue with their prowess...

Setting the tone for the evening...

Johnny Nothing,or if you look him up on Facebook, then search for Nothing Johnny...don't ask me why

He had been playing on the balcony just a few moments before but the audience were not prepared to follow him into the cold.

Once inside, Andre Viljoen certainly entertained the crowd.

A couple of self-penned songs and a cover and he went off to get something to warm him, inside and out.

Duane Smith brought some fans with to give him support...

He too gave his all...

He hopes to get into the semi finals...

The final hopeful on the night, Gareth Lawson...

He did not have to wait to long to get on stage.

Singing it like it is.Or perhaps like he wrote it.

Steely-eyed (?) judge,Bruce Dennill.

The other judge,a warm and smiling Natalie Chapman

And the microphone awaits the final round of competitors next week

and I am certain they will all be practicing hard...
Till next week...
