Acoustic "old school"...

Andy McGibbon does it "old school"...
These images are from the March Acoustic Forum evening

For those who have never been,
the evenings are all about self-penned acoustic music.
Some of the performers are great...
and some, not so good...
but...

The bottom line is that you will be entertained!
There is also a bar and snack menu...
The opening act in March was Wesley Oosthuizen

Swamp dogs were up next...
Slide guitar, guitar and harmonica
All that was missing was a banjo and washboard.

Dax Butler  on vocals...

Making great music...

Richard Buyns on slide...

Did I mention the harmonica?

Mississippi River blues with an Irish feel.

"The Wendy House"...highlight of the evening for me.

Richard on banjo...

Stuart and Wendy...

All together now.

Stuart Irving did a couple of solo numbers...

Some great country songs...

Bring on a fiddle...

Richard also weighed in with a couple of solo numbers

The Rocketeers closed out the evening.

Lionel certainly kicks ass on this bass.

Doug and Lionel
