10.00am: I chatted with Craig Allenby,
commercial services and business development manager for the zoo
The zoo was established in 1899 and has grown from strength to strength.
My three hour visit was not nearly enough time to see all the exhibits!
10.15am: Malcolm Rutherford, in a VERY cold Grahamstown
told me all about the Lodge and the wildlife in the area.
Although the Eastern Cape is cold at this time of the year,
it is the best time to visit.
Riverbend are currently running winter specials.
10.30am: Auntie Kate Turkington was back with me.
Luckily for me she managed to fit in this interview,
between her recent trip to Jozini Dam and
an upcoming visit to the Kruger National Park.
10: 45am: And finally,from a cold and wet Cape Town,Colin Bell.
Colin co-wrote this book with David Bristow and it is a coffee table book of note!
If you don't have a coffee table, put four legs under that book and PRESTO...
you have a table.
Self published, the book should be available in bookstores soon.
